Review the rooms and surfaces
We discuss the areas to paint, current wall condition, access, color goals, and any related interior improvements.
We prepare walls, guide finish choices, and paint interior spaces for homes and businesses. Our design-build process keeps the work organized from planning through completion.
Prepared walls give the new color a more even base and reduce visible patch marks.
A planned finish helps each room suit its use, from living areas to business interiors.
Written scope connects the selected rooms, surfaces, colors, and preparation work.

Interior painting starts with the rooms, surfaces, and finish goals that matter to you. We look at walls, ceilings, trim, existing coatings, visible repairs, and access around furniture or fixtures. Preparation affects the final appearance more than color alone. Dust, grease, loose coating, nail holes, and uneven patches can show through a new finish, so the written scope identifies the work needed before paint is applied. Color and sheen also affect how a room looks and how it handles daily use. We guide finish-material selections when requested, then define the selected work and terms in writing before the project begins.

Best remodel experience we have ever had. The oversight, careful workmanship and ownership of the project was above expectations. Our design team was amazing. We also had the same person do all the work start to finish and was a total Pro. Could not recommend enough and will be doing any and all projects through them. This place is a gem.
Linda and her team did an excellent job! We would highly recommend them. We hired her for a kitchen remodel and asked for a very tight timeline. She delivered and we absolutely love the result. She was very commutative and available to us. Thank you Design and Build NW!
Overall I enjoyed working with Linda and her team. Even though there were no major redesign of spaces and I knew exactly what tile/fixtures/cabinets etc I wanted I still was appreciative of her insight on certain details and choices. It was very easy to collaborate with her. She makes an effort to be in-tune with a client. She was very responsive and took care of everything that needed attention as soon as she was able too. She made sure that I was listened to and taken care of as a client with her subcontractors. I would work with her again.
Start with a consultation about your rooms, surfaces, colors, and access needs. We’ll prepare a clear painting scope and quote for your project.

Peeling paint can return when a new coat covers loose coating, dust, or an unprepared patch. Interior painting needs a close look at the wall before color work begins, especially where marks and repairs gather around doors or high-use areas. We’ll identify the weak spots, set the preparation scope, and explain which surfaces belong in the written quote.
A multi-room color change involves more than choosing a sample. Sheen, existing wall color, trim, lighting, and the condition of each surface can affect how the final finish reads. We’ll review the rooms and your design goals, then guide finish selections and record the agreed surfaces before painting starts.
A retail or office repaint must fit the existing layout and the way the business uses its space. Furniture, fixtures, customer access, and tenant needs can shape the painting sequence and preparation plan. We’ll discuss the affected areas, document the scope, and coordinate the work around the project requirements you share.
