Describe the roof problem
We begin with a consultation about leaks, visible damage, property use, access, and project requirements.
We inspect roof damage and plan repairs for Sammamish homes and businesses. Free Consultations help define the work before construction begins.
A defined repair scope helps you understand which roof parts need attention.
Targeted work can address leaks and damaged roofing sections without assuming full replacement.
A written plan gives homeowners and businesses a clear basis for scheduling and construction.
Roof repair is a construction service that restores damaged roofing parts and limits water entry.

Roof repair covers leak sources, damaged shingles, flashing, roof edges, and other repairable parts. The right scope depends on where water enters, how far damage extends, and whether nearby materials remain sound. We start with a consultation about the property and the problem. Then we define the work in writing, including project scope and terms. A repair can be a good fit when damage is limited and the surrounding roof system remains usable. Cost depends on access, roof area, material matching, damage depth, and related work around vents or flashing. Budgets are often wasted when surface materials are replaced without tracing the water path. We focus first on the source and the parts that need work.
We begin with a consultation about leaks, visible damage, property use, access, and project requirements.
We review the suspected leak area, shingles, flashing, roof edges, and nearby materials to define the repair scope.
We provide a quote after reviewing the work, and our written terms define scope, materials, and project requirements.
We carry out the agreed repair and coordinate related construction details through the design-build process.
A few details can help us understand the roof problem before the consultation.
We use the consultation to record the roof symptom, property needs, access limits, and repair goals.
We provide written roof repair terms that identify the agreed scope, materials, and project requirements.
We keep direct communication open while roof findings, repair choices, and construction details move through planning.
Leaving a long overdue review. Linda helped us remodel our bathroom and kitchen last year. We also did some flooring improvements, and some electrical and plumbing work along the way. The pricing was very reasonable, and we appreciated that Linda was always conscious of our budget, when we made adjustments to our plan. The work was delivered very quickly on promised timelines. She had some really good suggestions around the choice of flooring, which we are thankful for (especially looking back after a year). Also appreciate her sense of style.. it helped us make the right choices for countertops, tiles and fixtures. It all looks great, our guests often comment on how beautiful our kitchen looks. Thank you!
Overall I enjoyed working with Linda and her team. Even though there were no major redesign of spaces and I knew exactly what tile/fixtures/cabinets etc I wanted I still was appreciative of her insight on certain details and choices. It was very easy to collaborate with her. She makes an effort to be in-tune with a client. She was very responsive and took care of everything that needed attention as soon as she was able too. She made sure that I was listened to and taken care of as a client with her subcontractors. I would work with her again.
Best remodel experience we have ever had. The oversight, careful workmanship and ownership of the project was above expectations. Our design team was amazing. We also had the same person do all the work start to finish and was a total Pro. Could not recommend enough and will be doing any and all projects through them. This place is a gem.
Is your roof leaking or showing damage? Request a consultation and quote for the property and repair scope.

A ceiling stain can remain after the roof stops dripping, but the source may still be active. The repair needs a trace of the water path, not just paint over the interior mark. In Sammamish, bring photos of the stain and note when it appeared. We can then discuss inspection access and the repair scope during a consultation.
A leak near a roof vent can come from flashing, shingles, or water moving from a higher point. Replacing the nearest shingle alone might leave the entry point untouched. We check the vent area and nearby roof materials, then explain the parts that need repair. A clear description of past patches helps us assess repeat symptoms.
A seller may need to address visible roof damage before listing a home or commercial property. The key question is whether the issue needs a focused repair or a wider construction plan. We document the known scope in writing and explain the work tied to the roof condition. A consultation gives the owner a basis for planning.
